  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services, including painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
