Voyago is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch drivers to various routes on a timely basis, ensuring that all students are safely transported to their destinations.
  • Monitor and manage driver operations, ensuring that all dispatch and driver activities are in accordance with established standards.
  • Provide accurate directions and communicate effectively with drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and report any incidents or issues that may impact the safety and efficiency of transportation operations.
  • Manage and assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in dispatch or a related field, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent time and stress management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Office (MS Word and Excel).
  • A valid Ontario G license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • A clean criminal record search.
  • Good geographic knowledge of the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
