Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Fatburger. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing teams. You will be responsible for establishing work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, and training them on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.

This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required, and a strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work schedules to meet operational needs

Compensation
