We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Head Cashier will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and manage cash.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Team Management: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail business environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Head Cashier will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
