CSN Champlain Auto Body is a family-owned and operated independent collision repair center in the Greater Moncton area. With over 40 years of experience, we specialize in collision repairs on all makes and models, focusing on customer-oriented service.
Job Summary
The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the repair process. This includes processing customers in person, on the phone, and electronically, keeping them updated on the repair status, and answering inquiries about insurance-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer interactions in a professional manner
- Keep customers informed about repair progress
- Answer customer inquiries and explain insurance processes
- Outline customer touchpoints and follow through
- Monitor multiple system platforms for new claims and customer requests
- Import assignments into estimating systems and enter administrative data
- Schedule and book insurance and private repair appointments
- Explain and confirm rental eligibility and send rental reservations
- Verify and communicate deductibles with customers
- Prepare necessary paperwork for claims
- Receive payments from customers, insurance companies, and third-party payors
- Create files and invoices for repairs, towing bills, and rental bills
- Update insurance companies on estimate appointments, repair dates, and repair progress
- Assist with coordinating sublet bookings and pre-close/closing jobs
- Direct outside companies to the proper area for delivering parts
- Perform office administration tasks
- Work with coworkers in a professional and kind manner
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
- Bilingual in French and English
- Up-to-date WHMIS training and knowledge of Information Security PIPEDA
- Must abide by the safety program and use personal protective equipment as needed
