Job Summary:

The Renfrew County District School Board is seeking a qualified Secondary Contract Teacher to join our team in the area of Technological Education.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Technological Design and Construction courses to students in grades 9-12
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in best practices

Qualifications:

  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Technological Education - Technological Design qualifications required
  • Technological Education - Construction Technology qualifications required

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position with a 100% FTE. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced educational environment and demonstrate a commitment to student success.
