Job Title: Secondary Contract Teacher - Technological Education

We are seeking a qualified Secondary Contract Teacher to join our team at the Renfrew County District School Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Technological Education and Construction Technology courses to students in grades 9-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Technological Education and Construction Technology courses to students in grades 9-12
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices

Qualifications:

  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Technological Education - Technological Design qualifications required
  • Technological Education - Construction Technology qualifications required
