Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at CharityVillage. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase our online visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans, and create relevant content to highlight our programs and campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and copy, to support our brand and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with third-party contractors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and multimedia outreach activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, social media, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, multimedia content creation, and digital campaigning.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video production, and multimedia editing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
