Digital Communications Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at the Ottawa Festival Network. As a Social Media and Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers
- Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and captions
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Provide regular social media analytics reports to the marketing team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies
- Excellent writing and graphic design skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
