Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support.
- Manage the sales floor, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining inventory.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth operation of the sales floor.
- Supervise and train staff, including hiring and arranging for training.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
