We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
