Mumbai Central is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language required
