About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of retail management experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. You will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

As a Store Team Leader, you will work closely with our design team to create an engaging shopping environment that meets the needs of our customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively supervise and coordinate activities of our workers.
