Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Role at a Glance

We are seeking a talented Manager, FP&A to support and guide our national vision. Reporting to the CFO, and working closely with other members in finance, this role will be a key navigator in our growth and innovation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and goal-setting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial resources
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
