Job Title: Daycare Supervisor

P & N Development Ltd. is seeking a skilled Daycare Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Daycare Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our childcare programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and development of children
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Lead activities that foster learning, socialization, and emotional growth in children
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Guide children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Organize activities for school-age children in childcare programs before and after regular school hours
Requirements:
  • Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform duties that involve sitting, standing, and walking
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
