Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Manager to lead our team at Skogie's Car Washes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily activities to meet business objectives.
- Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
