About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Manager to join our team at Skogie's Car Washes. As a Car Wash Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our car wash facilities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives, including setting goals and priorities.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure that the business operates within its financial means.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the business and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
