Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Le Marché du Village Inc. in a permanent full-time position.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages. The ideal candidate will have excellent client focus, flexibility, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
