Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed to ensure stock levels are optimal.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Sell merchandise, promoting products and services to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
