Strategic Sales Support Specialist

About This Role
As a key member of our national team, the Advisor Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales support to our esteemed advisors. This position involves forming strong working relationships with all regions and team members, fostering a positive mindset, and driving productivity with our advisors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders
- Deliver proactive and reactive sales support to advisors
- Triage incoming requests and ensure timely responses
- Elevate our Unassigned Policy Program and support advisor growth
- Collaborate with other Advisor Solutions Managers to leverage strengths and provide a seamless support experience
- Engage in actions that encourage, reflect, and align with PPI's ESG commitments
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the financial services industry in a sales or sales support role
- College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Current life license or working toward obtaining one
- Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills in virtual environments
- Proven ability to build strong relationships in multiple regions
