About This Role

As a key member of our national team, the Advisor Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales support to our esteemed advisors. This position involves forming strong working relationships with all regions and team members, fostering a positive mindset, and driving productivity with our advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver proactive and reactive sales support to advisors
  • Triage incoming requests and ensure timely responses
  • Elevate our Unassigned Policy Program and support advisor growth
  • Collaborate with other Advisor Solutions Managers to leverage strengths and provide a seamless support experience
  • Engage in actions that encourage, reflect, and align with PPI's ESG commitments

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry in a sales or sales support role
  • College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
  • Current life license or working toward obtaining one
  • Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills in virtual environments
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships in multiple regions
