The ideal candidate for this role understands the importance of effective communication in building brand awareness and engagement. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Curate relevant content for our products and email marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data to better understand our audience and inform marketing strategies
  • Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to develop creative briefs and communicate campaign direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or comparable role
  • Experience with project management and SMS marketing an asset
  • Must be based in the GTA and able to come into the office periodically
