Job Title: Recruiter - Employment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter - Employment to join our team at MADHOK EMPLOYMENT LTD. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify them of the results of the selection process.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Bondable.

  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Experience an asset.
