We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2440900 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless motel operations.
  • Perform Supervisory Duties: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and motel maintenance.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on motel performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Coordinate and Review Work: Oversee the coordination and review of work tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain Computer Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked motel.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.
