Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is a leading e-commerce company that offers a wide range of products and services to its customers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in the North American Wholesale (NA) Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Governance division.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations in the NA region. This includes developing and implementing regulatory compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to employees on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the WHS Governance team and all business units to ensure alignment and consistency in regulatory compliance practices.
• Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs, including training materials and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters, including answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a healthcare or e-commerce setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, public health, or business administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
