We are looking for a Business Process Lead to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd in Toronto. As a Business Process Lead, you will be responsible for leading project work streams, integrating change management, training, customer experience, and front-line delivery.

The Business Process Lead duties will include applying a systematic change management approach and methodology to employee and customer changes. A key responsibility will be creating a change management strategy based on a change assessment.

This will require identifying areas of improvement and developing plans to implement them. To be considered for this role, applicants should have 5-7 years of experience in dedicated Change Management. A certification in Change Management methodology is also required. Additionally, familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle is necessary.
