About the Role

As a Commercial Insurance Broker at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client service, including certificate of insurance requests and policy changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote insurance sales and growth
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is a requirement
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs, including EPIC and policy works
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Prior experience in customer service is a strong asset
