Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Gallery Experience Coordinator to join our team at Or Gallery.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field and be available for the advertised start date. They must be legally able to work in Canada and reside in proximity to the advertised location.

Responsibilities
  • Develop public relations and promotional programs to increase gallery attendance and engagement.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and advertise promotional programs to attract new audiences.
  • Perform clerical activities such as manual and electronic filing and record payments received.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet gallery goals.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • Reside in proximity to the advertised location.

Estimated Salary
