We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Richelieu Hardware Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and processing orders in a fast-paced sales environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers at the counter and provide product information and assistance
  • Process customer orders via phone, fax, email, or in person
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide superior customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Attend monthly sales meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Woodworking experience an asset, but not required
  • Retail experience an asset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in sales software
