Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Task Organization and Coordination

Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Operational Logistics

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Reporting and Performance Management

Prepare and submit reports, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign, and review work.

Technical Support and Advice

Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
