Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing large-scale data pipelines and expertise with Palantir Foundry. This role is critical in supporting investment teams by ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and efficiently processed for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support investment strategies and operational reporting.
  • Leverage Palantir Foundry to integrate and manage large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure the availability of high-quality datasets for modeling and analytics.
  • Develop scalable solutions for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide documentation and training to team members on data workflows and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building scalable data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data integration tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and database design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize data processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
