Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Woodstock Grocers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
