Job Title: Senior EpicCare Inpatient Orders Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EpicCare Inpatient Orders Business Systems Analyst to provide operational support, build epic order sets, and maintain system documentation.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting the EpicCare system, with a strong background in Inpatient Orders module and certification in EpicCare Inpatient Orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with application users, operational managers, and clinical leadership to determine unique software requirements, analyzing proposed changes to business processes, and developing comprehensive documentation to describe and explain intricate software and hardware configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with application users, operational managers, and clinical leadership to determine unique software requirements.
  • Analyze proposed changes to business processes to determine the changes on users and their information systems.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to describe and explain intricate software and hardware configurations.
  • Document frequently asked questions for support documentation and clear standard operation procedures for common tasks.
  • Act as a resource for all system users to guide them in the effective use of the software application.
  • Configure software based on decisions and test software to ensure that it meets functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with integrated Order Set Committee to complete system build and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting the EpicCare system.
  • Experience working with Inpatient Orders module.
  • Certification in EpicCare Inpatient Orders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Epic Order transmittal.
