We are seeking a highly organized Building Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
  • Coordinate with project teams to provide administrative support and guidance
  • Review and update construction schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Maintain and review project documentation, including shop drawings and RFI's
  • Analyze project quotes to ensure best prices in the market
  • Collect and complete project reports for assigned projects
  • Apply project-specific safety standards and promote Pomerleau's HS&E programs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in ICI construction
  • University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
  • Proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration
  • Passion for providing exceptional client service
