We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results through cutting-edge technology and expertise.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring VDC deliverables, producing and managing VDC and contract documentation, identifying additional VDC services and innovative opportunities, providing proactive solutions and participating in decision-making processes, training project stakeholders in the use of VDC tools and processes, and mentoring and supervising VDC coordinators and trainees.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of BIM experience in the construction or architectural industry and possess strong technical knowledge of building mechanics and construction. Additionally, fluency in both official languages (English and French) is considered an asset.
