Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at S&L Properties ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet quality control standards and customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
