Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of Financial Centre locations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Assess advisor learning needs and recommend training programs to meet the needs of the company and the Financial Centre.
  • Enable technology adoption, working in partnership with the Distribution Digital Office and Management team.
  • Coordinate the Financial Centre training program, delivering initial and ongoing advisor training, and preparing training schedules.
  • Provide just-in-time PC troubleshooting and information on insurance products and procedures.
  • Deliver training on compliance and market conduct topics as required.
  • Facilitate management of premises and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong client relationship skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching, leading, and influencing teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Sound coaching, performance management, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all members of the Financial Centre Team.
