About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Connectcare Pharmacy Spruce Grove. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, and that all tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure that all medications and supplies are properly stored and secured.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications, processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient records.
  • General Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, reliable.
