About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Connectcare Pharmacy Spruce Grove. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and services.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, dependability, organization, reliability, excellent oral and written communication skills.
