Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Ann Mary Snow. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Other Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, work in employer's/client's home, private residence.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, honesty.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience an asset.

  • Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
