Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Maricel Petis & Stewart Houston. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Job Summary:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Will train
Work Setting:

Our Housekeeper will work in a residential setting, providing support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Security and Safety:

We require a Criminal Record Check for this position.

Transportation/Travel Information:

Travel expenses will be paid by the employer. Public transportation is available.
