Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of shift supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards and presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in English language.
