As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse group of funders to assist clients with a range of limitations, providing functional assessments, job site visits, and developing graduated activity and return-to-work plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
  • Visit clients in their homes and communities to provide support and guidance
  • Develop and implement graduated activity and return-to-work plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Liaise with clients' healthcare teams and payer representatives to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Use exceptional communication, clinical, and organizational skills to deliver outcomes that change people's lives
Requirements
  • Current membership in the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC) or eligibility for registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
