We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Seniors Wellness. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to seniors in our care. This will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on topics such as independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aides, and falls and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred
