Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements

Graduation from an approved school of nursing and current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
