We are seeking a highly skilled Training Officer to join our team at Iree Community Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teaching assistants, preparing reports, and conducting course and program evaluation or review.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train teaching assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports on training programs and activities.
- Conduct evaluations and reviews of courses and programs to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide consultative services to government, business, and other organizations on training and development initiatives.
- Lead discussion groups and seminars on various topics related to training and development.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Administer evaluative tests to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a training or development role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
