Job Title: Drywall Installation Supervisor

Star Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of drywall in construction sites
  • Ensure that all drywall installation work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality control procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other team members and stakeholders
  • Estimate costs and materials required for drywall installation projects
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions and provide guidance to team members
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan drywall installation
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals on drywall installation techniques and procedures
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure high-quality drywall installation
  • Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as necessary
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
