Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of drywall installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of drywall installers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure high-quality work.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to meet project requirements.
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to heights, noise, and dust.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
