Job Title: Cement Operations Supervisor

Trican is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cement Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cement operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of cementing and acidizing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Trican's core value of prioritizing safety in all activities
  • Investigate workplace incidents and initiate disciplinary processes as necessary
  • Supervise and operate large duty trucks in diverse outdoor terrain and conditions
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete corresponding driver log forms
  • Conduct pre-job calculations for cementing and acidizing operations
  • Supervise the rig-up of treating iron, manifolds, and recording equipment
  • Perform maintenance operations on units and auxiliary equipment
  • Assist with the evaluation and training of operations personnel
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of experience in cement operations
  • Valid Class 1 driver's license required
  • Pressure pumping experience preferred
  • High school diploma an asset
  • Safe driving skills and a clean driver's abstract
  • Physically demanding role with heavy lifting required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Working Conditions:
  • 15 days on/6 days off schedule
  • On call 24-hours during shift
  • Must live near base of employment
