Job Title: Cement Finisher

Lipco Concrete & Coating Solution Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically demanding individual to fill the role of Cement Finisher. The successful candidate will have experience working with concrete, power tools, and hand tools. If you have a strong work ethic and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Works at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Imparts desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Instructs apprentices
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in an outdoors setting
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
