Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create BIM models that reflect project requirements and design intent.
  • Create and manage 3D models using BIM software to produce architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts, ensuring constructability and coordination among different building systems.
